Workout Took it easy this time as I have had another headache. Think it's been the air pressure due to heat.
30 mins spin bike
Yoga stretches afterwards
10 calf raises
Food
Beetroot supplement, cranberry supplement and vitamin c
B - A few pieces of diced Cajun chicken and small portion of walnuts
L - Cajun chicken with mint yogurt homemade sauce and green salad
D - Mushroom and sliced roast beef omelette with salad
Snacks mini cucumbers, walnuts and salami, cold chicken
Lots of water throughout the day
Still a great workout and diet in this very hot, and humid weather!

Swing squats were good fun, force a faster pace with the squats.
