Still a great workout and diet in this very hot, and humid weather!FBG 6
Workout Took it easy this time as I have had another headache. Think it's been the air pressure due to heat.
30 mins spin bike
Yoga stretches afterwards
10 calf raises
Food
Beetroot supplement, cranberry supplement and vitamin c
B - A few pieces of diced Cajun chicken and small portion of walnuts
L - Cajun chicken with mint yogurt homemade sauce and green salad
D - Mushroom and sliced roast beef omelette with salad
Snacks mini cucumbers, walnuts and salami, cold chicken
Lots of water throughout the day

6 in the morning with a good morning mist, it wasn't hot at all. It warmed a little by the time I got back but not what you would call hot. Jog to the gym goes through a wood so shade almost all the way, and it really is a gentle jog.How did it feel running in that heat?
