Cake.
A little 5.5 mile slow run with club yesterday morning (9.30 pace).
Breakfast treat of croissant, blueberries, mascarpone, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and goji berries.
3 mile dog walk.
35 bike ride. It would have been further but was caught in a mighty downpour! But at least it wasn't windy!
