Great time!!4.5 mile run with club this morning. 35 minutes. Too quick for me! Found it hard work!
Nice post run breakfast. Croissant, raspberries, quark, seeds and nuts and a strong coffee.
Next task is to defrost the freezer. There's things in there that I don't recognise.
