Not happy with FBG
Drops back to 4’s & 5’s before meals & up to low 7’s after meals so can’t complain
Alc done again yesterday, just a wait now for results
Strength training & treadmill intervals at home this morning, (husband going to Wales for work today & taking my car) sons picking me up for work after he’s played tennis
Unlikely I’ll have time for Peleton again today, if it was warmer I’d get my road bike out

Try not to worry about the FBG, the A1C is the most useful measure. If that's in a good place you'll be good. Your diet and exercise are great. Sometimes the FBGs just go a little on the high side for a bit. We measure it so we worry about it, but it happens to everyone every now and then .. even those without diabetes. It's looking sunny here .. shame you can't get out the bike today. Have a good day, hope the strength training was good. It'll be amazing of you can get to lat pull downs of your own bodyweight. Not many people can do that!

Going swimming this morning, dentist for crown prep (broke a tooth he can’t fix) then working from home
Not sure how far I’ll swim, not been for ages
Might end up having more protein shakes than you today, still no sign of any blood test results
I’ve attached yesterdays libre, really need to get this sorted

Good morning
Swimming for me is natural
Brought up in a seaside town with an outdoor 100m swimming pool on the seafront, learnt to swim at 4 & as kids my brother & I went swimming every night after school, all weekend & all day every day in the summer holidays, sent out with a packed lunch & there from opening till closing
4 injections at dentist yesterday, in the chair for 45 minutes, heart rate was up but blood sugar didn’t move, slept most of the afternoon
Off to the gym this morning before work then daughters health walk at lunchtime

Crown prep (broke a tooth) he actually asked me if I wanted it numbing or not, injection site a bit sore but not bad enough to not go to the gym or work
Still can’t get any blood test results, checked gp records, rang gp surgery, can’t even get in a queue to speak to receptionist, rang old DSN answerphone, rang nurses at hospital answerphone, just going to have to be patient & wait
I always thought everyone floated on their backs in a swimming pool
