No, I don't ache for too long after squats, they're only bodyweight exercises. Good to go again the next day. If I feel an ache anywhere I lay off that body part in the next workout, or do an easier variation.Great going & cheese for supper

200 push-ups in one day wow, they’re obviously too easy for you & you need to make them harder
Got a pb bench press yesterday, 10 reps, used dumbells, but they’re getting a bit big for my hands now (don’t like using the bar on my own)
Still no test results, surely it can’t take a week to type a letter & post it
