Thanks! Lovely weekend here .. nice and sunny. Plenty of walking around and lots of good healthy food.
No cinema, bowling or crazy golf this weekend, but some fun indoor activities .. we made some pizzas from scratch, watched some movies on Netfilx. She played some Pokémon and I did some reading (reading the Inspector Maigret series in French to boost my vocanulary). Nice chill weekend.

Big news, a big tub of almond butter was going at a really low price in H&B on Saturday so the choc protein pudding now uses that as well as PB 50:50. Mega-delish! :):)

Your FBG is so consistent, but then it should be as you work so hard at it with food & exercise, sure it won’t take you very long to get through that almond butter
Going running with friend at 6.30 this morning, why, it’ll be a recovery ride on peleton later
Still no blood test results, surely if they had been dictated my Thursday lunchtime they could have got them out by Friday afternoon, if only they could just email them, any sign of yours yet?

You're so close to getting those results at last! Give it a couple of days and hopefully you'll get the letter. You're almost there :)

My liver test results should be at the GP's by now. If there's anything of concern the GP will call or text me. If I don't hear anything in the next couple of days I'll call them to get my results. Mondays and Tuesdays are bad days to call as their lines are usually very busy on those days.

Punch bag day today. Weather is getting good. I've missed old punchy!!

No, I don't ache for too long after squats, they're only bodyweight exercises. Good to go again the next day. If I feel an ache anywhere I lay off that body part in the next workout, or do an easier variation.

PB in bench press. Great stuff! Are you noticing a significant change in body composition/shape? That's very impressive and consistent progress. Good going!

I've noticed that the statins lead to more muscle soreness in the shoulders the after exercise .. so I'm exercising 2 days on and one day off for a bit to see how that goes. If the muscle soreness reduces I'll ramp it up again. Or I'll start doing upper/lower body splits with a cardio finisher each day instead.
