4 times around circuit below no rest:
- 25 press ups
- 25 squat to front kick alternating left and right
Followed by 4 times around circuit below:
Finish with
- 13 snatches R, 13 snatches L with 16kg kbell
- 13 shrimp squats L, 13 Shrimp squats R
- 4 x 25 single arm swing with 16kg bell
- 4 x 25 mountain climbers
- hamstring stretches

What a workout!! You were obviously well rested before that, just wonder if yesterday ended up being another rest day,
Hope you enjoyed that chicken kebab, didn’t affect FBG so guessing alcohol was involved
I’m tired this morning, didn’t sleep well, still deciding whether to walk this morning or go to work & do a recovery ride & stretch on peloton, my legs are saying please don’t run again today
don’t really want to do 100 squats either, but know I will
B/s only went up to 6.9 after the gym yesterday & was in the 4’s nearly all day
Hopefully letter from consultants will arrive today
