Might be another rest day today, still not feeling great

Glad you got you BG levels under control. That is so tough, much harder to achieve with repeatable consistency when you don't know how much insulin the drugs are going to cause to be produced. Looks like you got the dose just right.. Blood sugar up until lunchtime yesterday (ended up doubling medication) as worried it wasn’t going down
It then very quickly went back down to low 5’s & has behaved since then
Can only think the diet tonic at the pub with Sunday lunch wasn’t diet
Libre is still predicting alc of 42

Stressed yesterday morning so just kept swimming until the pool got busy, then went into the gym for the squats
Went out on mountain bike last night (1st time I’ve ridden it in years) felt weird after the peloton (reach didn’t feel right)
Might look at getting a road bike

In range 92% of the time so star patient, better than expected

Being changed to libre 2 for the alarms
Sending me a letter which kids can show to their gp’s to get some blood tests
