Great FBG & workout
You really do like your protein shakes
According to libre 5.9 average blood sugar over the last 24 hours which is brilliant for me, just makes me tired
Really busy at work & find if I have breakfast first then go on peleton about an hour later blood sugar stays low all day, not sustainable long term though as I like going to the gym
Thunderstorms here yesterday afternoon so left work late then went on the treadmill so didn’t get dinner till 8 so had something light
Going to work early again to go on the peleton
Have a good day

Great FBG as usual
Didn’t know there were so many variations of push-ups, 100 every day is very impressive
According to libre average blood sugar over last 24 hours is 5.4
Think having medication & breakfast then Peleton when I get to work makes a difference, although I’ve tried having breakfast before the gym & that makes b/s worse
Might be having a few days without meat, actually really like tofu Buddha bowls
Really not used to it being this low & permanently exhausted
Will be back at the gym on Monday
Rest day today, hopefully long bike ride tomorrow
Enjoy your day

That's a great average BG level! Wow! I bet that feels so weird if you're used to higher. Looks like you have hit on the right way to combine diet and meds for the Peleton workouts!
Maybe try not taking meds until after the morning gym weights sessions, if weights causes your body to raise its BG levels so much? Difficult as I bet there is so little research out there on the different types of MODY and exercise.
I saw this article based on T1 diabetes and Insulin use paper published in the Lancet. Might have some ideas that could crossover for you? As your meds basically cause your pancreas to release insulin. The author says that for them there has always been an element of unpredictability but they are going to try the recommendations from the Lancet article. I can't get direct access to the article in the Lancet though.

100 push ups a day is really easy going for me .. my body structure and leverage seems to be well geared towards upper body pushing movements. Upper body vertical pulling, not so much. I have had to stop pullups and chin ups as they cause me shoulder issues. I love the effect chin ups have on metabolism and strength but the joint damage isn't worth it. Inverted body rows for me instead! :)

This morning's FBG: 5.9 (got busy with work this morning and forgot to test FBG until after breakfast! Oops!)

Yesteday's food:
B: Huel black banana + protein powder + PB
L: Huel black chocolate + protein powder + PB
D: Roast chicken and stir fried broccoli.
AD: Choc protein pudding

Yesterday's Activity:
Steps: ~6,000

Workout:
  • 4 x 25 decline press ups one foot up on couch, one foot raised high in the air
  • 4 x 25 inverted body rows
  • 4 x 10 biceps curls
  • 4 x 10 triceps extensions
  • 4 x 25 surfer squat jumps
  • 3 x 10 hanging leg raises
Doing a less intense full body workout like the one above every day .. seems more sustainable. Having a great effect on body composition. Going to add 15 mins of yoga to the mix everyday too starting today!

Have a great day!

Today, had breakfast left for work on 7.2, drove 5 miles to work & 4.2, pity consultants appointment isn’t today instead of last week, would be good if he could explain it
Gp surgery now want blood tests, be interesting to see what alc is now

Great FBG especially as you did it after breakfast, good workout too
Not a clue what’s happening with b/s this week, but long may it continue
Back at gym on Monday morning so I’ll see what happens then
Enjoy your day

Had to start taking antibiotics yesterday for the tooth .. may have driven up the FBG level today .. let's see how it goes for the next 6 days until course is complete. Higher FBG still better than toothache and an infection though :)

Never seen your FBG that high before, hope you’re ok,
Better for it to be higher for a couple of days than be in pain
Weirdly when I was on antibiotics my b/s went down & I hypo’d 3 times, just shows were all different
Only came into work to go on peleton & now b/s too low to drive home
Enjoy the rest of your day

OMG BG too low now to drive! Hope you get them back to stable levels soon!
Yes it is interesting how we can all respond to drugs and food differently. Little differences in genetics or microbiome leading to a slightly different biochemistry going on for all of us. Doc's given me a lower dose Rosuvastatin and that's had an effect too. LOL .. but now I'm used to it I know it'll most likely calm down over time. I'll just get some more low intensity cardio in for the next few days.
Really hope your BGs behave and let you have a good day!

Average b/ s over past 7 days 5.9 (normally between 6.9 & 7.2)
Last 24 hours average 5.2
Not a clue why, but not going to complain
Really cold here today so don’t think there’s going to be much outdoor activity
Enjoy your day
