3x10 1 leg bench squats (each side)
3x10 1 leg side bench squats (each side)
3x10 bench step ups with hold (knee at chest, each side)
3x10 single leg rdl with hold (each side)
5x10 jumping split squats emom

20 minutes Pilates core challenge
Finishing with 50 jumping split squats. Fantastic, I'll do some today I think .. great exercise, especially for a martial artist. Great for explosiveness and for quick level changes. An awesome exercise
