Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

B/s still playing up, such a pesky thing, got a sore throat too so hopefully that’s the culprit
Fingers crossed for results this week, not holding my breath though

Take care with that sore throat .. COVID rates are really rising .. symptoms not so bad if you're vaccinated but still can get very unpleasant and tiring. Daughter tested positive on Sunday .. bad cough and very tired. No danger, though rest for a week and she'll be fine. But still good to be a bit careful.

Daughter is on the mend thanks. Symptoms are tougher this time though, maybe as she is older now or it is a different variant. But she'll get through it. I've ordered more test kits to test me and mum .. but we are symptom free at the moment. Hopefully the jabs have done their job.

Oh man .. same here with rapeseed pollen. Very sensitive to it and to tree pollen.
I'm still good .. no symptoms .. blocked nose due to the pollen but that's par for the course. Hay fever starts early for me. I love autumn the most as a season ..bliss.

Early start with work and meetings this morning .. been a busy morning .. looking forward to a lunchtime workout!

Have a great day .. thanks for posting mate .. keeps me focussed on sticking to a good diet and exercise plan. Definitely need it .. new statin is much better for the muscle aches .. but FBGs are a little higher again .. but I think the body might get used to that and hopefully they will com down a bit over time. Either way no big peaks in the BGs so I will happily live with things as they are especially if I can get my cholesterol and triglycerides down. We'll find out in a couple of weeks where they are heading.

Finally got through to gp surgery, hospital hasn’t passed on any results to them, I’ve rang Lincoln 3 times, not sure I dare ring them agin, head-sand time I think
 
Hang in there give them another ring tomorrow or next week. Don't let it get to you mate. One try every day or so. At you next consultant appointment ask to have all your test results sent to you by post as you are having wait weeks and chase continually just to get results. Big hug!
