Changed things around again yesterday & had breakfast before going to the gym, blood sugar stayed high all morning then played extra nice all afternoon & evening then went hypo in the night (sure it’s not what I eat)
Todays another day to get it right, going for a quick run then taking mum to hospital for a 24 hr heart monitor, then work

Wow .. that's so tough to deal with mate. The hypos must get so frustrating, you had a great diet and great exercise as usual. It'll be great to get to talk to your consultant with a proper diagnosis and show him your CGM results so that they can see what's going on. Hopefully find a way to improve things. Fingers crossed for you!

Having a lovely time with the kiddo. We spend all day out and about somewhere. Yesterday in town, had lunch, went to the treetop adventure crazy golf place. Lots of daddy bear type stuff cooking and feeding, a movie on Netflix together every evening. She's really growing up, great fun to spend time together.

3rd hypo in 3 days last night, down to 3.4 (on meter)
It’s definitely not what I eat, just so exhausting, got to go into town first thing to pick up mums heart rate machine so hopefully going to gym for a very short workout before work

5 sets - Decline inverted body rows to failure(10 secs per rep) 5 sets - Push ups to failure (10 sec per rep)
5 sets - Bodyweight squats to failure (20 secs per rep)
5 sets - Ab crunches to failure (5 sec hold at top of each crunch)

Did a kettlebell complex yesterday evening with a 20kg bell
basically the mini circuit below done without breaks or rest first in Right side then on Left.
once you've done both sides rest for a minute then pick up the bell and repeat for a total of 4 times around the circuit below:

  • 6 x clean and press R
  • 6 x clean R
  • 6 x unilateral racked squat R
  • 6 x snatch L
  • 6 x clean and press L
  • 6 x clean L
  • 6 x unilateral racked squat L

Garmin said last night I was down to my achievable fitness age (7years younger), happy with that, 1 Pencillin left so hopefully b/s will behave better,

Busy day today, last day with daughter before she goes back to her mum's. Nice chill day. Will miss her terribly when she goes back tonight. But will enjoy having a bit of free time to myself too! :)
