Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

Hope you’re fully recovered from that bug now
Having dinner at 6pm then walking or running a mile at 7pm & then only drinking water seems to be having a positive effect on b/s, might have to carry on after the challenge has ended, just have to see if I’ve got any energy this morning to lift any weights
Sons at Wimbledon again today (to see Rafa) so I’m taking the day off, going to spend the day in the garden
Enjoy your day
Rafa amazing yesterday! Don't know how much further he can go with that injury. But dam that man has no quit in him!

It can take a bit of time for enough of the older red blood cells to removed from the blood to see the true impact of your changes on the A1C. And there are some people that keep their blood cells significantly longer than the average of 120 days. This can make A1C look a bit misleading as the cells hang around a long time and so continue to get glycated. This isn't an issue for the rest of your body health-wise. If the A!C next test is high and out of line with your libre measures have a word with your consultant. Your levels are looking so good now and so consistent. Just keep doing what you're doing! Have a great weekend!
