the forum has a switch in the user control panel to stop signatures displaying if set, some people will set this switch so that post s dont use up so much screen space on small screen displays.

A few hours ago you mentioned taking 10 units but now you say you've actually taken 12u almost twice as much as you mention yesterday morning I actually think that's back at the level you thought too much a few days ago. Now you are now saying that you are feeling strange again(from PM) .
Test your glucose levels and if you are hypo (ie under 72) then take some glucose and follow the 'rules' for a hypo. If you are a bit low but not actually hypo and it is still some time to your next meal then you may need to eat a small snack during the morning. Certainly keep an eye on your levels.
People normally adjust insulin in small steps, that is a unit at a time (unless they are taking very large amounts of insulin and you aren't doing that)
In this case, If you find that this dose was too much, then if it were me I would go back to just one unit more than the amount that you thought was too low.
What you shouldn't be doing is changing on a dose by dose, basis. You can't really work out what's going on if you keep changing. Having made a change you need to see the effects over a day or so, not alter again at the very next dose.
