Here comes Summer let's stay active.

First steps into the big wide world for days. Walking round the supermarket, as we were out of provisions. Hoping to start building up exercise again gradually after my time off.

Depends on the gardening. I won't / can't dig, or use mower, but the pottering about dead heading plants and keeping pots tidy makes me move and bend a bit. That is my kind of gardening. Especially when I can sit with a cuppa and watch the birds eating the seeds.
Yes, it is exercise. I get up and move to the kettle every 15 minutes.

Gardening of any form is exercise....keeps me active.. And fit.. Not just for summerImageUploadedByDCUK Forum1434212953.441206.jpg

Even cut off wellies in summer.. The ants take longer to crawl up my legs!!

Donnellysdog put that belly away it's far to flat lol.
Are you a gardener

That's hard work , you won't need to be active all that lifting and digging

And doing "selfies!!" Not all work and no play!!

Always love to get my skorts out for summer. Beats being wrapped up like a polar bear in the winter.

Actually.. Just got gym referrals going for my GP Practice to the local gym so will be going there soon as well..

Don't be to hard on yourself .. Stop your moaning too lol.
Pipp you are fab and kept bme going through hard times. You ll be back at it . Little and often
Aw, come on! Moaning is the best bit about my current exercise!

Sunday exercise was a bit more pottering in the garden, and once again doing 'circuits' of the garden furniture. Sitting standing, leg lifts and lunges holding the back of bench, and a couple of chest presses using the table. Just to give @Jamrox a laugh.

Busy sunday did my usual exercises and also took the old roof off the conservatory and replaced with triple glazing......finished about 10.30 pm

I did an unusual (for me) amount of activity - was helping a friend plant a bed in her huge garden. I did 15 5L pots and 3 very large ones, I think 30-40L, not to mention digging up some old bricks... It was good loam, though, not a clay pit like our own tiny garden (so hard to dig, my OH has to do it)

Still not able to get out of the confines of house and garden.
Using stairs for exercise today, sorting accumulation of stuff from various relatives (living and deceased) to redistribute to others. It seems to be a sort of game. (Pass the ****). Today I am going to be attempting to break the cycle and dump, recycle, or reassign all the stuff.
This could take some time, but I want my house back.

Pass the **** is the pits .
We ve got 8 boxes of **** to get rid of now the flat is sold.

Did 5km on numb bum , will do more in half an hour.

Moved too many times to have ****!!! Don't do ornaments/photos etc.. Don't like dusting.. Totally minimalist. Only thing I do have are two egyptian cars sitting either side of the chimney with the woodburner.
