Seriously - I get really hungry. Starving, like I could eat a horse. I read people saying they can skip meals or just have half a grapefruit for breakfast or a couple of sausages or whatever, and I know that that wouldn't work for me because I'd be hungry.
Keto meals don't fill me up. The people who enthuse about keto are people for whom it works. It doesn't work or suit everyone.
It's not your failing if you've followed the keto rules and it hasn't worked for you. You are an individual. If you're interested in keto then read some of the 'anti-keto' sites because keto sites are just full of people singing its praises. They're not an accurate representation of keto per se. If we made every person in the UK try it, there'd be people for whom it didn't work,,people who, were hungry, or whatever.
So I'd disagree with you. Feeling extremely hungry IS normal for some people on Keto.
You don't need to figure out why - who cares? You either put up with the hunger or simply change your diet.
Right back at the beginning of our conversation I said something similar - see what works for you. Experiment with different meals. That's why I've said we seem to be going round in circles.
Take a meal eg breakfast, eat a different breakfast over a period of a week or two and see which one makes you feel best. Then move on to the other meals. That way you'll improve your symptoms even if they don't disappear entirely.
It really is that simple. Don't worry about what other people eat - find what works best for you.
