Good morning everyone. Does anyone have any experience of eating Konjac rice or pasta? I have just discovered that it is dairy free, gluten free, fat free, sugar free, low carb etc and wondered if anyone has advice or experience with this product?
It's also flavor free, haha. Seriously though, that makes it rather versatile. Just add whatever flavor you want to give it. Don't forget to rinse it though, otherwise it'll smell decidedly fishy.Good morning everyone. Does anyone have any experience of eating Konjac rice or pasta? I might try beansprouts and pretendI order some of the Konjac rice and pasta replacements, tried it once and haven't used it again as I didn't like the taste or the texture. Cauliflower rice is better but my go-to for rice replacement with curries now is beansprouts.
I've also got some of the "keto" pasta and rice and they're a lot better than the Konjac stuff but quite expensive (and still a bit bland). The ones I have are called NLCKitchen and available from Amazon.
Oohh they might be good replacement for noodles in stir frys and they are cheap! Every day’s a school day on here.I might try beansprouts and pretend![]()
