Hi everyone.
I haven't posted for a while as I've been busy with a lot of things, mainly travelling for work.
Just thought I'd share my latest results.
A1c now down to 40 which I'm reasonably happy with given my diagnosis reading of 116.7 in Oct 2014.
Doc now only wants to see me every 6 months for check-ups and fasting bloods given my progress on this and continued steady weight loss.
Had to buy new set of clothes as I've dropped at least 2 jean sizes - just as well work sent me to China for 2 weeks as I got some great deals on made to measure suits and shirts for work! lol.
