It really would be quite remarkable iif the solution to the diabetes problem is quite so simple ... certainly not what the drug companies would want to hear :lol:

Eventually after a pleasant afternoon I popped into the hall and let my hair down,two sausage rolls,two slices of quiche,two flapjack slices with added ginger,a nice home made pasty.Total calorific intake must have been horrific.I passed on my third bit of exercise in the evening and went to bed late after watching TV.
Woke up this morning with fasting blood level of 5.2,bang on my average.Go figure what this means,I should have been much higher.
