Exercise
30 minutes, easy and medium. Not the best day, but I read that the Government's exercise target is 30 minutes a day 5 times a week, so I am not too bothered that today was a bit of a washout.
Verdict after day 23
Completely back to normal today health wise. :thumbup:
I NEED solid food!! :evil: The closer I get to Monday, and some solid food, the harder it is. I was busy this afternoon, home alone and all I could smell was hot buttered toast. I was salivating, yet there was no toast. I am finding I am feeling hungry, something that has not happened before, and I am having to quell hunger pangs with water. Feeding the dogs this evening, I could easily have scoffed their food :lol: When my daughters are eating I now have to make their dinner, then leave the dining room, I can't bare the smell of food, it's really hard. While making their dinner, I am SO tempted just to have a taste. I haven't, not once, I have not cheated at all, but I will be honest, if I can say on my Monday confessions for week four I haven't, I will be SO proud of myself, and shocked. I promised to keep this diary real, so there you have it. Food, solid food is becoming an obsession.
Roll on Monday, and dinner with the family...
