Stepper 12 minutes (ouch) 20 minutes treadmill 45 minute brisk walk with dogs - brilliant exercise day, really pleased.
Verdict after day 34
Total shock!! A 4.1 +2 dinner reading was eye opening enough, but the 4.0 before my supper shake floored me. I have said this before, and will say it again, exercise really is key to lowering BG's on the ND and there is nothing that will make me believe otherwise.
Feeling really, really good although

will miss 3rd shake again, as I have only just had the second. How the heck do people fit in four meals a day, I really struggle to do it, especially not eating breakfast :sick: May have to give the third shake up as a no go. I just can't manage my time enough to fit it in.
