2 hours gentle walking, after dinner 45 minute brisk walk with dogs - brilliant exercise day, really pleased again.
Verdict after day 34
Legs aching like mad today, but I have been on them almost all day. Decided to try on an outfit I love but have not been able to wear for I don't know how many years, as it was far to small. It is a pair of trousers and a little jacket top. Neither fitted, today when I tried them on, both fit AND have room to spare, I could have cried I was so thrilled. I have really pushed myself the last couple of days exercise wise, and while today's figures are not as good as yesterdays, I feel amazing. Being out in the sun and able to walk around for the first time in over a decade, and so I am making the most of it, by being out and active as much as I can.
Verdict after week 5
This week has just been so easy, much, much easier than the previous four weeks. I can't believe that just one proper mean can make such a difference, but it really does. The one problem I am having is simply managing my time, to fit in three shakes, and most days this week I have missed the third shake. But, even so, I feel amazing. I mentioned this earlier this week, but my daughter has informed me I have no bum, and both of them and himself have resorted to calling me skinny ass :lol: I can't deny it has boosted my ego so much, and made me feel a lot better about myself. I think I had accepted I was going to be 'large' for the rest of my life, and now I am not so large, not only I am spurred on to get into a healthy BMI, but also to become as fit as possible. I can't believe I just typed that. :lol:
Confessions after week 5
None. Infact as I have posted I am actually struggling to fit in all the shakes, so extra's are just not happening.
One note I need to make about today's figures. My +2 hour reading, and my pre dinner reading were one and the same, the +2 lunch reading was 3.5 hours not 2 hours, as I was out. So that reading is not completely accurate, but it is accurate for pre dinner.
