- moved to my Home-State, so happy to be back and have my much-loved 4 Seasons again. Did not like the almost constant, icy winds off the ocean, and lack of shopping options (groceries and other). Did a lot of shopping online and finally gave up on any clothes shopping ;)
..and it is so hard to trust the "new info" from Doctors that say not to worry about high, total Cholesterol numbers.
I'll show you the snips I have of my results but the one thing that is saving me from truly freaking out is the Triglycerides/HDL which is 1.4. That 1.4 seems to be unanimously, in the "safe zone", or "less than 2".
Has anyone here ever had cholesterol as high as mine at 389 on Keto?? I'm such a believer in the Keto diet, but this is making me very nervous and I still do not want to take Statins. I can't find a thing online, that is "for" Keto, that says anything about this high of a number for cholesterol
Here are my test results and my new HbA1c is in my signature. Very pleased about that of course
