My "beer-loving, macho food steak and potatoes guy" husband, who joined me in
my "diet" despite him hating veg,kale and salmon and who has always been very supportive. He hasn't had a drink whenever he's with me for dinner, always after, when I'm finished, which I appreciate.
I also would like to nominate the members in this forum for their valuable info, support and I learn everyday.
And also: Sunday brunch alongside a beachfront with a nice cup of coffee and healthy brekkie, sailing around the harbor and lakes, relaxing massages and facials, reading a nice book/magazine and long walks in the park or the beach with the dogs. Mani and pedi!
