Like the silhouette. Looks like you are ready for a nightie dance.
I was just testing the others re slobbing about. Impressed that there are no takers.
Very beautiful countryside. Makes you feel quite humble! Hope it's a good visit!View attachment 5783 View attachment 5781 View attachment 5782View attachment 5784View attachment 5780
Now up country near Yamasoukra. No exercise apart from wiggling my bum to stop it going numb during the drive up. Food OK with mostly chicken, fish, eggs, veg etc but having to go a little 'off plan' with the odd bit of yam for instance - not ideal with blood tests due on Monday when I get back but can't be helped.
Back to work now (no internet in the accommodation) but here's some quick snaps so far.

Well I've just woken up at this ungodly hour and am unable to go back to sleep! I know what you mean! My mum rang on way home from Lidl so we ended up talking a I walked and she talked the whole way home! I love my mum very much but just wanted to walk in solitude. Today I've got 2 walks so will have to make do!Broken into shifts my exercise Wednesday was 11 min walk, long rest, 16 min physio, another long rest, then a sort of work out around the grounds of the lovely place we are staying. We come here regularly, and knowing how I like to roam the owner has placed benches every 200 metres for me to rest. I was going to see how quickly I could move between them, but only managed 8 minutes and 2 benches before I was interrupted by a woman with a dog, who wanted to chat and let me pat the dog which was smelly and dirty. As much as I love dogs I was a bit miffed at the intrusion. Haha, I thought of how @zand used to resent meeting other people on her walks. I didn't get it then, but I do now. Sorry if I ever misunderstood your need for solitude zand.
Anyway, I remained polite, and escaped as soon as I could to return to our cottage and after cleansing myself of dog drool, relaxed with 20 mins of Pilates, followed by a large beer and feet up for the boring footy.
