    Drunk at the allotment after a day digging over a new plot. Head high weeds this morning, it was cleared, dug over, manure added , dug in and watered today. I am completely knackered from about 8 hours heavy labour in the sun.

    Morning I'm 6.5 this morning much better than yesterday 7.7, it was up most of the day nothing was bringing it back down, I had my tea and some strawberries then nothing before I went to bed.
