Oh my goodness your dinner sounds amazing. If you could share the fish stew or point to a recipe online I would love to see that.
Hi there, here is the Bouillabaisse recipe. It does take a while, but there is nothing technical or difficult to do.

Broth
One large onion [ I used 6 shallots as I had some that needed eating]
One large fennel
Two small leeks
Two medium carrots
6 cloves of garlic
100 ml olive oil

Dice all the veg and crush the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan (I use a stock pot). Add veg and cook on a low heat for about 45 min until softened.

1.5 lb tomatoes
30g tomato puree
large sprig of thyme
tbsp fennel seeds
tbsp cayenne pepper (depending on how hot you like it)
2 pinches saffron

Add to broth and stir

Optional -50ml Pernod and 100ml white wine
Add and heat until alcohol has boiled off

2lb of fish bits [If you have a good fishmonger ask for all the heads & tails that they usually chuck away. Or use 2lb of the cheapest frozen white fish you can find).

Add to the pot, then add enough water to cover, and simmer for 2 or 3 hours until it has all broken down.
Top up with a little water from time to time if the level goes down.
Allow to cool a little. Put into a blender in batches and blitz.
Pass through a sieve using a wooden spoon. You should get a rich orange/red broth. Season.
I usually prepare this a day before and leave in the fridge. It also freezes well.

To serve

Gently heat the broth and add the fish that you prefer. I like a hake fillet, three scallops and a few mussels per person but it really is entirely your own choice (though avoid salmon).
Serve a bowl of the broth with fish in it and some baguette with a dollop of rouille (you can make this if you have time but you can buy it too, (Sainsbury or Amazon).

Hope you enjoy it. I have some left over broth which I may have with some pasta and prawns tonight.

The docs thinking drugs cure all
3.9 blood sugars at 3am felt **** and off so took my bloods raised to 5.6 went back to bed rose at 8.30 and sugars at 4.8 what is going on,
