FBG 6.0 really really pleased with this as before it would be in the 15’s or higher.

Thursday 5.8 FBG Bloody shocked when I saw it too

Dinner was pesto chicken
Snacks dark chocolate

calories 1776
Carbs 106g better than the nurses recommendation of 230g or 7 portions per day. As per the eatwell guide I think not
Fat 111g
Protein 87g need to get this up a bit more

Exercise walking the dogs early doors and a walk into town

all good for me as I’m not needing to pee ALL the time as I was told if I took this drug. I think that’s because I didn’t keep eating the same things as before as In laden with sugar causing side effects that no one should endure.

You are doing really well.
I lost weight and got BG under control on 100-150g/day of carbs with a couple of walks too, so your routine seems pretty familiar.
