    Breakfast sneaky toast with peanut butter (2hrs later) 7.5 not too bad considering
    Before dinner at 4.30pm bg 5.9 - Left over stir fry with cauliflower rice and quite a large number of mixed nuts. Expecting a spike :arghh: I was starving.
