It’s 4am and I woke up feeling awful with a BG of 6.7 but I’m not surprised - came home at 11pm last night after no evening meal and had an eff it moment and, for the first time in about five years, I had a pizza.

It’ll be a long time before I have another because yes, they still make me feel like ****!
