breakfast: fasting
lunch: mushroom and cheese omelette with broccoli
dinner: lamb steak with steamed broccoli and cabbage
30g Montezumas 100% Absolute Black chocolate (OMG - yum!), 100g full fsat Greek yoghurt with pumpkin seeds
Pre-prandial (evening meal) 6.1. Post prandial 7.2
Happy enough with that
