Seems you can set custom alarms on xDrip and select different tunes, but I found out that it does not support MP3 files which in some respect is good because the TV theme tune Stingray going off at 4 in the morning might not be such a good idea
In Spike you have a huge range of sounds - I just have Siri shouting “high glucose!” “URGENT HIGH GLUCOSE!!!” And the same for lows. And whether it’s rising or falling fast. It’s very handy to have a voice telling you exactly what the alarm is for, I’ve found...
