At risk of restarting the great cake vs biscuit war, I like to think Jaffas were included under the cake entries.

I'm not sure I can excuse the favouritism towards coffee with the omission of tea though. We may have to review your citizenship @Knikki

@Knikki that’s a LOT of cake - hope you’re going to share it with the rest of us. I’ll only have a small slice though due to the number of carbs

Hello again, I’m going through another period where I cannot sleep, anxiety has struck me again. I’m also in a pickle because my appointment is on the 11th and I received the letter yesterday. So there isn’t any time to get a blood test and results in time for the 11th. I had that time between April to May but I didn’t know when it was the best time to get a blood test, I guess silly me thought results would vary but at the same time not really because hba1c is just an average and I doubt it would have changed much from my last appointment which was 2nd April. I put a £1 in for my hba1c to still be at 6.5% (48)

My good news, I am going to get a Libre on June 27th, can't wait for that as I had a two week trial and I loved it. I started a new job as a School Escort for children with SEN and enjoying that very much.

Diabetes - BG's have been, :happy: :cool::bigtears::banghead: and :meh::rolleyes:

Have been in range with a straight line for 33 hours. Nervous! Will see how breakfast changes thing.
Up to Oban today and ferry over to Mull tomorrow. Well hopefully! Weather with strong winds forecast could put paid to our plans. Expecting a few peaks with all the stress. Will let you know if we make it. Bon voyage and have a good weekend all!
