Type 2 Life

And so did my wife...she's countering now haha,Mao I'm out of the way in the conservatory. The sun will come out tomorrow ...say the words and imagine Kevin in a curly ginger wig and shiny patent shoes, should get you laughing.

Thanks Sable_Jan, I'll remember next time. The thick lamb steaks looked so appetising at the butchers:)

I believe the trick if doing that way is to leave them pink. Now to me, any meat left "pink" is not cooked, it's still half raw, BUT that way it IS tender. I won't, under any circumstances eat my meat baaing, mooing or oinking (yes, they even several pork "pink" these days too. I like watching Masterchef but not the way they don't cook the meat.

Evening. Knackered and had dinner outside in the garden. Not a cloud to be seen and was 24°C just about 4.30pm. There is a nice breeze that keeps you fresh and the midges at bay. :)

Bought an iPad Pro with a 12.9 inch display to replace my windows tablet. I also bought the apple keyboard too. This is the mother of all iPads and will spend time later setting it up and installing apps. I rarely use my PC even though it has a touch screen and Intel Core i5 processor due to my lazing about on the sofa and laying on top of the bed. :)

Nice, enjoy. Did you get it from the internet shop after?

BBQ lamb is fantastic but it has to be marinated in red wine, mint Rosemary thyme and olive oil for a day before hand, then onto skewers and allowed to rotate rotisserie style and the fat allowed to caramalise....Greek style....when I moved back from Cyprus I bought 4 things my three dogs and my Cyprus BBQ, which has 3 huge sword like skewers which turn on a small electric motor. It also has a full set of 15 small souvlaki skewers which rotate using another motor.

Sounds lovely & moreish :)

A very pleasant and enjoyable greeting for a lovely evening to all my friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk type 2 life forum,

I have been well-occupied on the Internet this evening memorising facts and population statistics about Ancient Greece, Jerusalem, Bethlehem Ephrata and Thessalonica as well as memorising huge chunks of theological websites with my eidetic memory. I incorporated all my eidetic memory stuff into SMS messages to all my friends and sending emails on the Gmail chat room facility. Also formulated and designed spreadsheets outlining the next 10 budget plans for 10 Thursdays over the next 10 weeks on Google Sheets on my Samsung Chromebook Laptop Computer which uses the Chrome DOS.

I have been eating carbs today (shame on me!) but they're very miniscule amounts apart from pigging out on fried egg sandwiches earlier on. Ah well there's always tomorrow ... tomorrow's another day I know but each day I'm never gonna give up and eventually I'll succeed in being an A1 candidate at managing my type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Have a lovely evening, my awesome friends.

Got a12inch & 9inch tablet bought for me as a present when I was on holiday, but have to go on contract if I want to use them as I need small SIM card, I don't want contract so mine are sitting in there boxes unfortunately, so I hope you enjoy yours. My daughter had an I pad pro/keyboard for her birthday recently and she loves it, sure you will too

I also bought the keyboard/case for £140, a bit pricey but I hate on screen keyboards. That's my treats for May lol. :)
