Type 2 Life

Hello, there.

A very good afternoon to all my friends.

I went for my depot injection for my Bipolar Affective Disorder today (I'm not on medication for my Asperger Syndrome).

I came over feeling unwell with hand tremors in the Nurse's surgery, and was talking alot, very rapidly and not stopping to take a breath. I had my injection and I asked the nurse to take my blood sugar from the thumb on my right hand. After wiping it with a swab, she took it. It was 13.6. I put this down to the massive breakfast I ate of Cornflakes with a dessertspoonful of sugar and full cream milk and two slices of ultra-sugary orange marmalade and double scrambled eggs on toast. I haven't eaten anything else. I relapsed from my smoking quit this morning, too, but I have got Nicorette QuickMist NRT 1 mg Mouth Sprays to help me cut down bit by bit. I'm quitting again with www.quitnet.com on 20th November, 2016. I feel okay now but very sleepy after my injection. I can hardly keep my eyes open.

Yours sincerely,

Johnny Baker (@autisticwonder1970 ), Sufferer of Asperger Syndrome And Bipolar Affective Disorder. x X x.

Well Johnny, I think that you know exactly what caused your blood glucose reading of 13.6 maybe have your double scrambled eggs without the orange marmalade. Cornflakes are bad for raising blood sugar levels also and the sugar of course, I'm sure that you'll make a better choice tomorrow. Well done for being determined to quit smoking Johnny, don't let this slip get you down. Congratulations on your decision to try again.

Oh Barbara, Well you were not meant to get it. There is something 'Better' out there waiting for you @Diamum5972 - :) William x

Diamum so sorry to hear this. It just means that it wasn't the job for you! There will be a job, and you will realise that you can be pleased you didn't get this one ((((((((Diamum)))))))))))

Hello, there.

A very Good Morning to all my friends on the Type II Life Forum,

I had a very replenishing night's sleep last night. My Fasting Blood Glucose this morning was 6.6 Millimoles Per Litre.

Due to my Bipolar Affective Illness, I always find that I crave sugar and this isn't doing my diabetic health condition very good. I had a good blood sugar this morning, however, so that's really awesome.

It's so nice to have my Sky Talk, Sky Broadband and Sky TV active in my little South London Council Flat. My next bill is on 22nd October, 2016. My Appointee pays it monthly. On Monday morning, I have to take my Frozen Barclay's Bank Account Statement to my Appointee - at Lambeth Adult Community Services - can determine how much money has accrued in that Account so he can pay the Bill in full. I have over £500.00 in there for paying for my Sky.

I'm going to cook Caribbean Stew Chicken and Boiled White Rice today for Lee, Ioanna and myself. I seasoned the 4 Chicken Thighs and 4 Chicken Drumsticks with 2 Chopped onions, 5 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon of mild curry powder, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme and 1 good shake of ground black pepper.

I couldn't buy the ground Pimento so it's lacking 1 vital ingredient, unfortunately.

Have a lovely day, my friends, I love you all and love reading all your posts because I care alot about you.

In fond friendship,

Johnny Baker (@autisticwonder1970 )

Morning, FBG 5.2 mmol/l. Grey and drizzly here, chilly too. Going to have one of those "least effort" days lol. Feeling stronger and happier now. Going to have some beef casserole for lunch as I made way too much yesterday - some in fridge and freezer but loads left in pot...yummy and low in carbs too. :)

Thank you @eddie1968 . Hope you had a good day out yesterday. Can't believe your into the zombies as well.
Didn't fancy the zombies stuff, my girlfriend's son recommended a few shows on Amazon and Netflix and I gave The Walking Dead a go and really enjoyed all 5 seasons so far, season 6 starts in December. Can't wait lol.

Hello, there, and a very good afternoon to all my lovely friends on my favourite forum online,

I've had a fab day and cooked my chicken and rice and the seasoned chicken was lovely and succulent and falling off the bone, and the rice was lovely and soft, a good consistency and all light and fluffy. Ioanna's had some and said it was delicious and wanted me to give her cooking lessons. There's some for Lee, covered in the microwave.

My blood glucose reading at 3:56 Post Meridian was 6.9 Millimoles Per Litre after I got in after visitting Steve and Mary for a cup of coffee at their home with no sugar.

I've changed my Avatar now, hope you like it!

Much love,

Sincere kind regards to awesome little people.

Well that was a let down - after waiting in all yesterday and this morning I finally got an email to say I was unsuccessful :(

Their loss hun. Keep at it. Maybe a job better than that one ment for you. Autistic society not in need of your great experience? Brother-in-law worked for them and looked after service users. A chemist in need of a savy shop assistant. Try boots?
Wow them with your heavily experience on your c.v dropped at doctors surgery or health centres? I'd employ you. ♡♥♡
