Hope you feel better soon
Thank you, @heh, have a lovely, restful evening and don't forget to put your clocks and watches forward tonight at midnight to herald the commencement of British Summer Time. Regards and a big hug, Johnny David Baker, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Adult ADHD xXx.

Are you feeling better this morning @JohnnyBaker12021970?
Most of our clocks changed automatically during the night which really confused me when I got up :hilarious:

Good Morning, lovely @heh, have a lovely Sunday.

I feel a bit nasally congested but my sore throat has diminished and doesn't feel so niggly, praise Jesus plus the Lockets and the Ginger and Lemon Infusions I've been taking, as advised to myself by the Locum lady general practitioner at the weekend hub of my GP. My blood glucose was a bit hyperglycaemic standing at 10.8 mmol/L which my lovely friend @ickihun advised was due to the honey in the honey and lemon Lockets when she shared some advice information in opting for sugar-free lozenges and told me about a sugar-free linctus her doctor made up for her. I'm so grateful to @ickihun for her unswerving benevolence and genuine love. She is special. I'm praying for a resolution and reprieve from her suffering.

Yes, @heh, my computer has the auto update of date and time feature in it so does my Sky Plus Box but my very cheap, pitiful cellular telephone dumbphone handset had to be updated manually.

Lots of love in Jesus, the Author of our Faith, the Word made Flesh and the Sacred Heart,

@JohnnyBaker12021970, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and Adult ADHD xXx.

Thanks @JohnnyBaker12021970 for the reminder. Like @heh said the gadgets have automatically changed this morning but my wrist watch and decorative living room clock needs changing. In the past my clock on the cooker would need changing too. Not this one I have now.
Well not bad sleeping for me for a change.
Johnny's virus advice prompted me to use my linctus and revert back to gaviscon before bed. I could breathe and have less digestive problems. No diarrhea since no metformin nor mebeverine substitute for buscupan.
I'm going to call chemist tomorrow and ask if buscupan will return. I'll call GP on tuesday and leave a message to ask if another alternative for mebeverine if today's no metformin but with mebeverine tablets starts diarrhea again.
I'd prefer metformin rather than mebeverine if I have to chose thou.
I'll reintroduce one metformin then a second 500mg after a week, in 2wks time.
I don't mind dropping 4 metformin tablets for 2.
How is everyone else?

Busy changing their clocks back?

Morning. 9.2 mmol/l for me this morning. Yeh @ickihun I changed all my clocks (haven’t done my watches yet) first thing this morning to get in sync. I do like the longer evenings but still reckon an hour was stolen from me last night lol. :)

Ron has totally exhausted himself today, been out doing the garden. Now he's in bed hopefully won't have any spasms so he can get a goodnights sleep. He could do with it . X

Seems strange to go to bed at old 21.04 but new time it's after 10pm. Little one just accepts it as its dark.
He's starting to not want to go to school in favour of home comforts. I only get a break from him when he's at school. 11yr old is more self suffient but needs supervising.
I have another forum to fill in tomorrow. The pressure of these deadlines is like being at work or filling in job application forms. I've never liked forms, of any sort. :( I'm used to excel sheets and typing. My hand writing is so naff.
How has your day been?

Just seen this.
I hope he's in for a peaceful night.

Since I've used my linctus that @JohnnyBaker12021970 reminded me off, I've stopped wheezing and struggling to sleep due to bad asthma congestion.

BG is 9.2mmol/l but should have taken insulin with peanut butter dropped on lettuce leaves but with it being very low carb I'd hypo through night so I didn't.
Maybe I'll be same in morning or lower. We'll see.
Beef dinner again tomorrow so my iron is much more comfortable. I even had energy this morning. For a change.

I'm in bed so I should nod off soon. I'm sooo comfortable in bed nowadays. I think my body is even feeling pressured sitting down. My legs had slimmed down with walking but walking is still painful. I think I'm dreading any walk now. I don't know how much pain it's going to give me. All different pain varients lately.
Depends on how much painkiller is in my system, it seems.
No metformin, no upset tum..... It might have to go. :(

Ron's been in bed 2.5 hours I've only heard him cough. Fingers crossed he stays there .

I was very well motivated yesterday and my viral infection feels a bit better today. Yesterday evening, I bunged some battered Youngs Chip Shop Cod Fillets in the oven with some Sainsbury's Steak-Cut oven chips and boiled some Sainsbury's Basics frozen peas with a little salt and when they were boiled I added a knob of Sainsbury's Olive Spread. I was a little piggy, happily pigging out on 4 portions of Cod, a few chips but not too many because I didn't want to spike my blood glucose levels and some peas. My blood glucose, this morning, fasting, was a bit high standing at 9.3 but I have been using the nicotine oral spray a lot this morning. According to Google, diabetics, when using nicotine replacement therapy have to check their blood glucose more regularly because of the way that the nicotine substance can spike blood glucose readings.

Glad to hear you are feeling better @JohnnyBaker12021970
Thank you, @heh, my friend. My nose still feels very blocked, however, and I have to keep blowing my nose and then washing my hands afterwards in Radox and also my taste is still-non-existent and I have a raucous cough. But if I'm honest I don't feel so weak in my legs and my arms. I did have a sore tummy earlier though and the runs but the runs could have been caused by my Bisacodyl bowel-stimulating little yellow tablets which I take as a preventative measure against faecal impaction in my idiopathic megarectum. Have a lovely day, @heh.

Morning. 9.0 mmol/l at 8am. Better than the usual 14-18 mmol/l so no complaints. Eating and exercising better now so reducing insulin doses as applicable. Sun is out (3 days in a row), bit cold though. Have a COPD review today, think it’s about 3pm. My eyes feel better too, steroid drops and artificial tears are easing the pain and dryness. I see the ophthalmologist again in two months to recheck my corneas and eye pressures which were high last week. Have a good day peeps. :)

Hope COPD check is a good one.
What's difference between COPD and Asthma?
I still don't know why I have asthma unless big swollen tummy pushing up my lungs? But is that asthma? Taking asthma meds but flow test said 40and I'm 47yr old. I'm just a fraction low. That linctus is great. Helping with congestion too.
I'm just congested too much lately. Again, don't know why. Humf!
GP is great for helping me relieve problems but I like to stop them happening again.
Poor man. Maybe I'm asking too much.
Ive stopped metformin but still using mebeverine for IBS without any diarrhea so metformin... is the cause.
DN said I can stop it. I will till op all done and dusted.
I need stomach cramps and spasms away more than a tiny fraction on my hba1c which was 51 from 48.
Specialist still happy as not in hundreds.
