Type 2 Life

I haven't eaten anything substantial today. All I have ingested are two bowls of Sainsbury's Basics Corn Flakes with Longlife Milk and Granulated Sweetener. I've also ingested sugarless instant decaffeinated coffee with Nestle Coffeemate Light.

I'm now 86 Days Quit from Tobacco Smoking.

My blood glucose reading, today, at 12:11 Post Meridian is a very good, healthy 6.7 after taking my metformin and lixisenatide this morning.

Lots of love from @JohnnyBaker12021970, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus xXx.

Oh! Well done Johnny on the smoking cessation You are now most certainly a NON SMOKER - yaay!!!!
I couldn't have done it without your kind prayers, @13lizanne. And even Kevin, my Jehovah's Witness friend who I met through my good friend Lee Collingwood has been very supportive, too. I believe fully in the power of prayer and trust in Jesus, my risen Lord who is alive and seated on the right hand of God, the ever loving Father in Heaven.

Good Morning, my lovely, good friends on the Type 2 Life thread of the http://www.diabetes.co.uk forum,

It's Tuesday now and I demolished a huge deeppan pepperoni pizza for breakfast and a few mugs of decaff coffee with 1 teaspoonful of granulated sugar and coffeemate light in each. My Carer's going shopping for me today. I'm now 89 whole days without a roll up. My blood sugar reading at 11:07am today is quite high, standing at 11.8 mmol/L.

1:07 PM (TUES 20/02/2018):-

My blood glucose reading has come down now and is standing at 6.6 mmol/L. This is due to all the water that I've been drinking from my Evian water bottle. Oh, and my Lixisenatide and Metformin.

4:24 PM (TUES 20/02/2018):-

I've eaten 2 slices of cheese on toast and ingested 3 smoked glass mugs of coffee each with 1 teaspoonful of sugar each and a dash of milk each. I've also eaten a chilled Sainsbury's Classic Mini £1.50 Bangers and Mash ready meal. My blood sugar reading at this time is a slightly high 8.8.

8:03 AM (WED 21/02/2018)

My computer's stopped working again even though my Carer, Appointee and Care Coordinator had it fixed for me. I'vehad to get 2 buses to my good friends Lily and Gary's bungalow to use Gary's computer to log on to social media/emails.

I had roasted jerk pork slices to eat yesterday, and it was very nice, well cooked and very tender.

Been to see gp tonight with Ron. For the past two nights he's had chest and abdominal pain. Followed by sweating , chills , dry mouth and nausea. Gp wanted him to go to a&e tonight but instead he's come home. So again tonight same thing has happened but no abdominal pain. He's had to use his gtn spray and is now asleep. Tomorrow however it will be a trip to a&e. These symptoms only seem to come on around around teatime .

What operating system Johnny?
Chrome OS is the operating system of my Acer Chromebook Laptop Computer, @Mike D. I've been getting on well in other ways, however. My Lixisenatide for my type 2 diabetes is helping me with my appetite, blood glucose levels and weight. So far, I've eaten a couple of tins of Sainsbury's Basics Chili Con Carne and a bowl of Sainsbury's Basics Cornflakes with milk and sugar. My bible study teacher looked at my computer and he noted it's something to do with the power outage as none of the lights light up and the computer doesn't come on when I lift the lid.

Sincere kind regards,

@JohnnyBaker12021970, a sufferer of Asperger Syndrome, Adult ADHD and insulin-resistant type 2 diabetes mellitus.

I'm 3 months and 1 Day abstinent from tobacco smoking today.

This morning, I ingested a bowl of Sainsbury's Basics cornflakes with milk and sugar and several decaff coffees some with sugar, some sugarless. My blood sugar was 12.1.

I'm going swimming with my church elderly friend Matthew today and seeing Ioanna.,

For many months now Ron has been in agony with his shoulders . So finally this week he went to see the gp about it . She has referred him for a scan. This morning he had a phone call it has been scheduled for next week if only all his appointments were that quick.

I managed to get my Acer Chromebook Chrome OS Disk Operating System Laptop Computer operational again, by depressing the "Escape", "Reload" and "Power" button simultaneously. It works!

I'm now 3 months and 2 days quit from my tobacco misuse.

Yesterday, Matthew and I did a removal for Ioanna. Ioanna gave me a mug of diet Coke with a pink flower on the mug and Matthew treated me to a beefburger in a bap with a small portion of chips for helping him to help Ioanna. Last night I ingested 2 melted cheese and onion sarnies, each sandwich halved. I sliced some cheese and onion and put them in between the slices of white Kingsmill soft bread and put them in the microwave oven (700 watt capacity) for 3 minutes.

I've also just taken my medication and Lixisenatide glucagon-like peptide subcutaneous injection, too.

My blood glucose at 6:13 ante meridian was 7.3.

Im on antibiotics for an infection in my digestive system. Gallbladder duct, or intestines. We dont know a&e told me to see gp and put tests in and increase my painkillers to every 4hrs for temperature and severe abdominal pain. I was just relieved no hospital stay or op.
Still having pain but more dull aches rather than spasms like past 2 days with severe constipation. Constipation is now gone. :)
