Type 2 Life

I didn't have a Carer today - Sunday 21st October 2018, whom I missed very much. I don't have Carers on Saturday evenings or Sundays. I did take my morning tablets, however, plus I made 4 slices of cheese on toast.

Dear Friends,

My Sodium was low again in my Hyponatraemia, my Diabetic HbA1c was 7.5% and my Blood Pressure was 128/80 in my GP appointment at South Lambeth Road Practice near where I live. My legs still feel very weak and painful and so does my lower to middle back in my Chronic Mechanical Back Pain.

I hope you feel better soon Johnny. Any news on your assisted living accommodation?

No, my lovely friend, @heh. I'm getting rather sick of waiting for it, if I'm honest. My anxiety levels are astromonically high and I'm diagnosed as being vitamin B12 and vitamin D and folic acid deficient and keep crying. I think I'm still feeling the aftershock of Max's behaviour towards me a few weeks ago, if I'm honest. I saw Max again yesterday on my way back from my GP and he gave me a filthy look.

Try your best to stay strong @JohnnyBaker87
Can you chase the assisted living and find out what's happening?
i think my 24-hour care supported housing is being investigated by my community mental health team and i'd have to chase it up through my care coordinator who i don't always have confidence in talking to her. she's very judgemental and very critical and a bit rude.

My care coordinator came to see me and she was really nice to me and informed me that she's now liaising with some assisted-living developments, mainly under the umbrella of the shared lives scheme, that is, per se, where i move into a family's home in a family setting where the heads of the family are professional carers and they'll be able to do things as a family in order to increase my self-confidence and motivation and self-esteem and help me manage my autism spectrum condition, insulin-resistant type 2 diabetes mellitus and other medical conditions better. you can google the shared lives scheme on http://www.google.co.uk to read more about this exciting new initiative which my community mental health team are certain will provide me with the specialist support network i deserve.

I just ate 1 spaghetti bolagnese ready meal and 2 Quorn cheese and broccoli escalapes. My Carer this morning assisted me with my self-care by washing all my body at the washbasin in my bathroom. I took my morning medication with my folic acid tablet and my Lixisenatide glucagon-like peptide 20 microgramme subcutaneous injection.

At 3:32 Ante Meridian Greenwich Mean Time this morning I ate a freezing cold Sainsbury's Basics spaghetti bolognese ready meal and at 6:43 Ante Meridian Greenwich Mean time my blood glucose level was 12.9 Millimoles Per Litre.

I am now also 70 days quit from my tobacco misuse addiction and habituation after relapsing on Sunday 15th July 2018 Anno Domini.

No microwave?
Yes it would spike you if no counteracting meds.
I hope you sleep the high sugar off, this time. Don't let this glucose damaging episode be repeated hun. It can turn some blind if long term.
Good news about your housing prospects :) :) :)

I ate four slices of Cheese On Toast earlier. Blood glucose a few minutes ago was 10.6 Millimoles Per Litre.

Dear Friends,

This morning I felt very hungry indeed with no money and with only one mouldy chicken curry and rice ready meal in my fridge and went to meet Ioanna, my friend, at the Madeira Cafeteria in Vauxhall Cross where she treated me to a Traditional Breakfast of 2 rashers of fried bacon, 1 fried sausage, 1 fried egg, 1 portion of chips, one portion of baked beans, two slices of toasted Portuguese bread with butter and one Cafe Latte with two sugars.

In the process of meeting her, I missed my morning carer and my metformin, amlodipine, ramipril, solifenacin+tamsulosin, carbamazepine and lixisenatide glucagon-like peptide subcutaneous injection.

At 12:20 postmeridian greenwich mean time, today, i warmed a sainsbury's basics chicken curry and rice ready meal on full power in my 700-watt capacity microwave oven for 9 minutes and forgot to let it stand for 1 minute and sustained a very painful sore on the roof of my mouth.

I took my omitted medication at 2:30 postmeridian greenwich mean time, today. my blood glucose level at 2:49 postmeridian greenwich mean time was 16.3 millimoles per litre.

@JohnnyBaker87 Don't answer if you don't want to but how come you had no money? I thought someone budgeted for you and you always had some cash. Do you do any cooking from scratch? Do you do your own shopping? I'm sure you could eat better with a little effort.

My money is controlled by Holistic Community Care Limited and Lambeth Social Services due to my susceptibility to financial and material exploitation. It must be a real concern of my Carers and Social Services Personnel because a Carer gave me a purple twenty pound note last Friday and on Sunday I took Ioanna out for something to eat and I was surprised by how quickly the twenty pound got consumed. Although, I did have a full english breakfast myself on that occasion. It's these decision making issues and problem solving issues that I struggle with on a day to day basis with my moderate to severe Asperger's Syndrome. This is why the Social Care Panel have commissioned Holistic Community Care Limited Personnel to take full responsibility for my shopping, self-care and domestic tasks. And when I move in with my Shared Lives Network "Family", they'll take over the responsibility from the Care Agency. My Care Coordinator is really worried about me.

Do they not shop to help meet the needs of your diabetes?

They don't appear to, no, @heh, my lovely friend. I make my own shopping lists which are very poorly implemented and full of convenience foods and processed foods. I hardly do any cooking from scratch, my cooking is abysmal, even my jerk chicken is likened to eating fire. I don't want to sound ungrateful but Holistic could be failing me. Some of it is my own silly fault for giving my money to wastlings and parasites and I don't understand why I'm prone to doing that. Jesus implores us to be "good stewards" of our money and to "test the spirits".

@JohnnyBaker87 how often do you see your diabetes nurse? Could he/she refer you to a dietician? Hopefully when you get to the shared living it will help.
