    Breakfast (9am): Black coffee
    Snack (10:30am): None
    Lunch (12pm): Homemade instant pot chicken soup (minimal potatoes), black coffee
    Snack (3pm): Two hard boiled eggs
    Dinner (9pm): Two grilled sausages and sparkling water
    Evening Snack (10pm): Nothing

    1030 B doggy stomach this morning coffee and boiled egg
    1430 L some red Cheddar, boiled egg and some anti pesto
    2100 D late dinner as busy in work, homemade chicken enchiladas in low carb wraps

    If my hubby ate those meals his meter readings would be very high. He exercises around same as you. Be great for his weight probs tho. He needs to put weight on.

    The blood glucose did not spike because of the walk post meal. How practicable is the?

    1400 L chicken broccoli and few carrots
    1830 D spagball minus the spaghetti cauliflower rice instead

    1000 B 2x pouched eggs, half avacado, grilled mushrooms, 2 x bacon/rashers
    1400 L cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber, avacado, black olives, mayo and sweet chilli sauce sandwich using lettuce leaves as bread.
    1930 D steak and turkey with stir fry veg in homemade sauce
    Snack of 90% chocolate and some nuts after dinner
