Fingers crossed it settles well @cdpm.1 pasta in sauce can (later at 5).
My favorite food and it doesn't always bother me.
Went well. Yay.Fingers crossed it settles well @cdpm.
I love raspberries too @cdpm. What's more, not only do they eat well, they're packed with valuable nutrients and diabetic friendly as well.Today will be a 1cup size of dented can of chicken noodle soup with the required can of water added.
And a special treat! Some frozen raspberries I found cheap. My fav fruit.
You can record anything you eat and it’s affects on you in one of your own threads @cdpm, that would be absolutely fineScrambled eggs with cheese slices melted in.
From the family.
Did not settle well.
I've learned that it isn't certain foods caused. It's caused by the act of eating itself.
(Sorry--i said more but I couldn't find the other food group where some chat is allowed. I'm not good with forums.)

Good evening @David_A_Hughes and welcome back to this thread for type 2 foodies. It's good to see you here.Three scrambled eggs on a homemade oatcake, a cup of green tea and a cup of coffee with cream, not milk. I probably won't have much for lunch - maybe some cheese on a slice or two of rye bread. More coffee and/or tea. Later I will have some fish with whatever green vegetables my wife will provide (or, perhaps, baked beans). I've just been put on that injected drug that so many people have been buying to help them lose weight (can't remember what it's called but I'm sure you'll all know what I'm talking about). It's said that it causes loss of appetite - hence the weight loss. At 11st 12lbs, I don't need that side-effect but I'll have to put up with it. I've only been on it for a few days, so haven't yet seen any effect. What a miserable condition is diabetes!
