Wow! I'm jealous reading about these Lidl protein rolls. We don't seem to have an equivalent here down under. I have found a low carb bread with 10g carb per slice but keep reading about the Lidl rolls with not a little envyB yoghurt and berries
L half a Lidl protein roll with scrambled eggs
D chicken and mushroom stir fry with kale and beansprouts
S half an avocado and a handful of Brazil nuts
This was the first time I tried the protein roll - I was quite impressed. Pre lunch reading 6.0, post lunch reading (after a 90 minute walk) was 6.9. Woo hoo! Tomorrow I'm going to try the same lunch but without exercise
Lol! We don't have a Lidl either, plenty of room for one and lots and lots of new houses popping up like raddishes in spring, so lots of new people around, but no Lidl, no Morrisons, no Nettos, and no new cinema that they kept promising us.Wow! It's just a toasted Lidl bread roll topped with scrambled eggs, unfortunately I didn't take any photos. I might take a picture tomorrow and post it to make everyone feel hungryI'd like to know what these scrambled egg rolls look like, sounds delicious.

In my experience, 2 hours testing for pizza simply isn't enough. It's very sneaky, that combination of high cab floury base + high fat, cheesy toppings.A wood fired pizza and a quarter . Amazingly I only spiked at 8.3 . Low carbs are starting to work. Oh yes 3 glasses of red wine too
