Breakfast this morning 2 large boiled eggs 1/2 a Lidl high protein roll. I find the high protein roll very filling, a whole one is to much so I cut them in half and freeze the rest . Carbs 5g sugar 1g
 
B: 1/4 cup of almonds for breakfast
L: ~1.6 oz of baby swiss cheese & a medium romaine/cauliflower/green pepper salad
D: Homemade red thai curry (chicken and mixed peppers) on kelp noodles (a new, yummy, nearly-carb-free discovery that soaks up some of the sauce), and 29 grams of almond pecan crunch for dessert.
Snacks: another 1/4 cup of almonds

Total (net) carbs: 31
Total calories 1169 (goal 1200)

Hi everyone breakfast today 2 slices of thick bacon from the butchers 2 large organic eggs total carbs 1, sugar 1,
I have upgraded my bacon, instead of bacon from the supermarket which I could see through and read the paper I now have it from the butchers costs a bit more but worth it.

D: Shepherds Pie, steamed Brocolli and Carrots.

B: 2 slices of Hovis Wheatgerm toasted with butter.
L: Toasted Fruit T-Cake with butter and Latte (in Waitrose).
D: pack of Noodles with Chicken Oxo dissolved in them.
Followed by Pot of Greek Yoghurt.
S: going to have 4 Crackerwheat, buttered with Red Leicester Cheese.
 
Nothing til dinner. Cauliflower and kale soup with fried spirallised courgette. Then a v large veal steak with salad (plus a squeeze of lemon) plus a black coffee. Bit Atkins but v low carb. 18g I reckon
 
Breakfast, burgen and butter

Lunch sugar snap peas, cheese, ham and four squares of stevia dark chocolate

Dinner; mushrooms in cream, cauliflower cheese (sauce made with double cream and grated cheese) and berries for dessert

I'm stuffed!
