Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

Turkey, bread sauce, roast potatoes cranberry sauce, carrots, Brussels sprouts with chestnuts parsnip and a glass or two of wine.

Two hours later meter reads 4.9 .
 
Breakfast Cheese and 2 crackers. Early lunch Turkey, ham, and veg and a few sausages. Going to have a slice of cheese cake later.
 
For breakfast today I had 1 slice of toast with a small amount of jam and a coffee. For lunch I had 3 crackers with cheese and coffee and one naughty mince pie with cream. For dinner some lettuce, baby tomatoes, ham, avocado, coleslaw and a little salad cream and a few crisps. Back to strict carb counting on Monday.
 
B chicken stick cheese string and nut bar
L sausage
D meatballs no sauce steam veggies sugar free jelly fruit cream
Drinks low cal tonic carbonated water
Treat dark choc 85%
 
Saturday
Water & paracetamol cos feeling ****** with the dreaded lurgy
Milky coffee
B: 2 crumpets
L: Various cheeses & a couple of crackers
T: M&S southern fried chicken & a few fries, coconut prawns & salt & pepper squid
Tea throughout the day, 2 G&Ts & a snowball :D

Breakfast: berries and yoghurt
Mid am: small fruit scone with butter
Lunch: 2 crackers with cheese
Dinner: chicken and kale
 
Tea
B: 2 crumpets, 2 boiled eggs
L: Ham & tomato butty, Skyr blueberry yogurt
Satsuma
Small banana
T: Slow cooker beef stroganoff, 2 tbsp brown basmati rice
Tea & coffee during the day
 
Breakfast: crackers and cheese
Lunch: Beans on toast a few crisps
Dinner: turkey and sprouts
Coffee and no sugar dilute juice during the day.
 
Tea
B: Skyr yogurt, 2 boiled eggs
L: Ham & cream cheese butty, 2 small melon slices, Activia NAS yogurt
Satsuma
T: Turkey stir fry & wholemeal noodles.
Tea & coffee throughout the day
 
Breakfast: None

Lunch: Fried Fish, steamed vegetables

Snack: Chia seeds with berries and nuts, 3 squares of Cavalier ‘diabetics’ Chocolate with Hazelnuts (sweetened with Stevia)

Dinner: One Lidle High Protein Roll, corned beef and salad
 
B: Celery, cheese, walnuts, almonds, olives, tea.
L: Sardines, cheese, satsuma
Coffee Break: Black coffee
D: Saltimbocca, peas, spinach, avocado salad, water.

To much I've got no self control
 
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with vegetables, two slices of bacon, 1 slice buttered toast, and 1 mug of coffee
Lunch: At Texas Roadhouse, a Christmas gift: Chicken fried chicken breast with white gravy, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, 2 buttered Texas Roadhouse rolls, and 2 glasses of ice tea (Rather naughty)
Supper: Three pieces of chicken quesadillas made with 1 low carb flour tortilla, a small amount of cheese dip with just a very few chips and diet coke
 
I had a very small precooked sausage fat reduced and lunch time a hairy bikers lamb stew no dumplings and Brussels sprouts.
 
Today I had natural Greek yog for brek with nuts and blueberries.
Just had a snack pack of seeds from Lidl when walking home.
About to make a lidl roll with salad , egg and mayo for lunch.
Tea will be chicken breast and salad
 
Today I had three small slices of bread with margerine and marmite.Half a small pie for my lunch with,green beans,carrots and onions and three small roast potatoes.
 
Breakfast: berries, Alpro coconut yoghurt with nuts.
Lunch: almost missed had a scone and a coffee later in the day.
Dinner: a small slice of chicken, leek and ham pie with a few chips and carrots.
