I don't eat breakfast - Never could face food in the mornings
So Brunch it was then @13.45PM
3egg omelette with basil and curly parsley and 5grams chicken fat washed down with a very satisfying mug of 'creamy' coffee made with the following -
100ml Asda special price soya milk... it bumps up the protein content of my brunch.
100ml Acti leaf almond milk (Its the Aldi brand, after I bought it, I realised it had maltodextrin which bumps the carb to 1.3g per 100ml -

Im not throwing it out....working my way through the 2 litres I bought 100ml at a time)
100 ml Asda long life almond milk which is too thick so comes in handy to water down and also lower the average carb level caused by the acti leaf. (Yeah I fancy myself as some kind of alchemist)

Which keeps me full till my main meal at Dinner.
BG 4.7mmol 2hrs after eating.
Dinner will be whole chicken leg with a few crumbles of blue cheese, served with 100g nuked broccoli, seasoned with a few crumbles of knorr chicken cube, chilli pepper, black pepper, and 30ml of Cider vinegar.
