Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

HI Equipoise I just posted a long reply to you complaining about my meter giving varied readings Cant see it anywhere so repeating it here
e.g got a morning FBS 103 ,then 94 then 107 all in a space of 2 minutes..... [ where top of normal is 100 ,or 5.55 ] I try to stay below 100 , usually manage it , but the odd numbers sometimes dont relate to what I have eaten the day before.... now i know it's partly because of the thing only being accurate to plus or minus 15% , 30% ERROR built in, like trying to measure something with a bent ruler.
 
Fbg 6.8 with no late insulin but potato in with dinner. Then cheese for liver dump. Added 2lb by adding cheese back in diet. It's getting heave ho! Permenantly. Will have to get calcium from milk in coffees.
