A fbg of 6.2 this morning.
Only lost 0.20kgs this week so I'm increasing my insulin to get the lower end bgs which help me lose weight. I've had lots of 8s and occasional 10s after food.
See what the next 3 days bring. I'm hoping for a bigger weight loss on friday morning weigh-in.
If only lchf could have helped me lose weight I wouldn't be on as much insulin. Most of my insulin is for IR.
After my op I'm hoping it will kick IR into oblivion! Or at least make a huge dent in it.
