good morning all

4.7 today for me after having a nights broken sleep. I had a meal out which was tasty (chicken breast with a ham, cheese and mushroom sauce) but seemed a bit over salty, so I drank quite a lot of water afterwards and result was having to get up more during the night

7 this morning. Never had one less than 6.5! Am now off metformin and my levels seem to swing about a bit. I buy strips via Amazon, (One Touch Select Plus) and hope they are accurate. Have gained weight since stopping metformin
