Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    It's a block to a liver dump. A fatty protein which delays or stops the liver dumping from natural survival mode of the human being.

    It could be. Now I'm thinking about it, I'm on a Mediterranean diet. Lot of fresh vegetables, cheeses, olive oil and cold fish like soused herrings or trouts or ham or sausages...
    Liver block I've found that either is a thing you could eat or a condition that requre surgery si I was puzzled...

    After a couple of years here I know what liver dump is...but what specifically do you mean by "liver block"?

    @pleinster I have no idea what happened there. Usually I post in the morning over breakfast. Must have got a bit click happy!!

    Not enjoying the sunshine at the moment. On train after rushing to it after a gym session. Not nice

    Some use cheese, nuts or small bag of real pork scratchings. I had bacon a few nights ago. Last night I had mackerel. (Oily fish).

    I would not know, but I feel like **** this morning mate.

    I washed my hands just before testing, as I had just been to the toilet.

    I never ate anything different last night, just ram chops and veges with yoghurt for afters.

    Lot's of I's in this post. :meh:

    Just tested after breakfast and taking all of my morning medication, I am now down to 5.3, prhaps I should have fished that strip out of the tub instead of the 6.7 one.
