I had a glass of water @ 11pm with 2 tbs of Apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp sweetener so it was just about drinkable!
Blood test @ 9am. Now do I show the DN my self testing results, seeing as she is very against testing? But my visit before last she was interested in the readings. Because I was paying, not the nhs!

6.2 this morning. I haven't got the foggiest of ideas why though. Yesterday was a low carb day with constant good readings excluding one high reading after playing tennis (6.5) which an hour later was 4.8 ...sometimes you can only observe, take note and hope to figure it out later I guess......
